CLICK ABOVE TO PRACTISE LABELLING THE WATER CYCLE VOCABULARY

The sun heats up water in rivers, lakes,  oceans, and other bodies of water.  The water vapour or steam goes into  the air.

The water vapour gets cold.

It turns back into liquid and forms

clouds.

The cloud gets heavy and can no

longer hold the liquid. Soon, rain,

snow, sleet, or hail falls.

This cycle repeats.
