Pumpkin Pie Recipe {Classic and Easy}
Classic Pumpkin Pie with a pumpkin pie spice flavor.

Materials
Crust:
- 1&1/2 cups flour all-purpose
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- ½ cup oil
- 2 Tbsp. milk 2% or whole
Filling:
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. allspice
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- ½ tsp. ginger
- ½ tsp. ground cloves
- 1 15 oz. pure pumpkin
- 1 cup evaporated milk
Instructions
Crust:
- Get your pie pan out
- Pour out the flour, salt, and sugar, right into the middle of the pie pan
- Mix together with a fork - mix well
- Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture by pushing everything to the edges - leaving an empty circle right in the center of the flour
- Pour the oil, and milk right into the center of the well
- Using your fork, mix the liquid first, and then mix in the dry ingredients until it forms a dough
- Press the dough out to the edges of the pie pan
- Trim and flute edges
Filling:
- cream egg and sugars
- add spices
- mix in pumpkin and milk
- pour into crust
- bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
