A builder is responsible for working in a team to construct
things like buildings, walls and streets.
In my job I will have to wear clothes that can protect my body,
a reflective vest and a helmet.
I will normally need to wear gloves, too, because they will protect
my hands when I’m using tools.
I’m going to work outdoors most of the time but sometimes when
I’m finishing a building I will work indoors.
I will work in lots of different places in my job and sometimes
I go to different cities.
I will work with a team of people and I really like that.
The most difficult part of my job is going to be solving problems
on the job to make sure that things are done properly.
I’m helping the other people on the project.
Sometimes it’s going to be really hot outdoors and I’ll have to work
hard wearing protective clothing.
It can be very tiring.
The most interesting thing about my job is working on
new projects and learning how to do new things.
I’m going to study engineering in university in order to learn how
things are built.
Many engineers work with plans and use computers but I think
I want to use my hands in my job and get dirty.
I’m going to be an excellent builder because I like to use
my hands and see the things that I make.
I also like to work on a team.
I think it helps that I’m very strong. I’m going to love building things!
